FALL SPORTS
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The athletic department will hold its annual fall sports registration
on Monday August 17th
(9am to 2pm), Tuesday August 18th
(12pm to 5pm) and Wednesday August 19th
(9am to 2pm). Registration will be held
in the athletic office. If you are
unable to attend one of these registration sessions and wish to participate in
a fall sport you must call the athletic department at 978-356-3137 x.
193 and arrange for a time to register.

Fall Season Start Dates
Football & Cheering – Mon. August 24th. All other sports –Thur. August 27th.
Athletic
Team Registration Information
The
Ipswich High School Athletic Department runs registration periods for fall,
winter and spring sports each year. Each
registration period will be held one to two weeks prior to the start of that
sports season. To register for one of
our athletic teams, you must bring each of the following with you to the
athletic office:

A copy of a Physical Exam which was given within the last 13-months.
·
A completed Pre-Participation
Questionnaire form.
·
An Agreement Form signed and dated by the athlete and their
parent or guardian.
·
A User Fee Check made payable to I.H.S. Athletics.

description of the user fee can be found in the Student-Athlete Handbook (see
link below). Copies of this handbook can
also be obtained in the athletic office.
