South of Ipswich
- From Route 128, Route 95, and/or Route 1
- On Route 128/95 in Peabody, follow signs for Route 95 North (New Hampshire and Maine)
- In Danvers, Take Exit 50 for Route 1 North (Topsfield)
- Stay on Route 1 North through Topsfield.
- At approximately five miles, turn right onto Ipswich Street. Ipswich Street becomes Topsfield Road. Stay on Topsfield Road until the end.
- Take a left onto Route 1A/133..
- The Winthrop School is just ahead on your right after the fire station.
North of Ipswich
- From Route 95 or Route 1 South
- Get onto Route 133 East (to Rowley/Ipswich) Follow to the intersection of Route 1A (Mobil Station on the left corner, Pancake House on the right).
- Turn right (onto 1A and 133 East). Stay on Route 1A/133. This road will become Central Street after you pass the S-shaped curve near Dunkin Donuts.
- The Winthrop School is just ahead on your left before the fire station.
