The list below provides information on the school fees and charges that may be paid through our new on-line payment system. To make a payment, click on the ON-LINE PAYMENT icon, located on the Ipswich Public Schools Home Page.

Payments must be made separately for each fee or charge, for each student. Several fees cannot be combined for one student, nor can payments for several children in a family be combined.

Payments may be made directly from your bank account, or for a small additional fee, you may use your Visa or MasterCard.

Athletic Fees

Ipswich High School athletic fee $400 per student

($650 maximum per family)

Ipswich Middle School Interscholastic athletic fee $75 per student

($200 maximum per family

Ipswich Middle School Intramural athletic Fee $25 per student

Maximum Middle School fee for individual student is $100

Pre-school families have been contacted with appropriate payment information.

Extended Day Program tuitions are according to the established fee structure.

Pre-payment to cafeteria accounts for each student allow that student to select breakfast, lunch and a la carte foods and draw from their own credit accounts to pay for their food.

School system fees for 2007-2008 are listed below.

Note: You must be using the Internet Explorer browser to pay online. You have the option of paying by direct bank charge or charge to you Visa or Master Card.

Athletic Fee – Ipswich High School	Students at Ipswich High School will pay a fee of $400 per student per year. (Maximum $650 per year per family.)
Athletic Fee – Ipswich Middle School.	Students in grades 6 through 8 will pay a fee of $75 per student per year.
Pre-Kindergarten Tuition – Doyon and Winthrop Schools	Students accepted for the pre-kindergarten program have received a letter stating their payment schedule for the year. Tuitions range from $1,150 to $2,300 per year.
Extended Day Program Tuition – Doyon and Winthrop Schools	Annual Registration Fee $25.00 per child. AM PROGRAM at both DOYON and WINTHROP 2 day...$66.00 per month 3 day...$72.00 per month 4 day...$78.00 per month 5 day...$84.00 per month PM PROGRAM at both DOYON and WINTHROP 2 day...$180.00 per month 3 day...$192.00 per month 4 day...$204.00 per month
Lunch, Breakfast and A la Carte Food Service (Cafeteria Debit System)	Any amount may be paid into this debit system. Students making purchases from the cafeterias will receive an ID number to access their balances for cafeteria charges.
